Busy schedule? This is the class for you. Our 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training class is a fast-paced, total body workout that will leave you sweating in no time. We use minimal weight and minimal rests to get you through this tough workout.
If you are looking for a workout that will improve your flexibility, balance, and strength, then barre is the right class for you. Professional ballet experience not required.

Focusing on the building blocks doesn't mean this is necessarily easier - this class will build on foundations of yoga over time, but still provide plenty of challenge for those that have practiced yoga before. Building off of our Strength classes, Stations incorporates more equipment and more circuit-styled workouts. We use a conditioning rope, assault bike, kettlebells, resistance bands, and more in this 45-minute workout.
We offer a variety of class packages to fit your busy schedule and your budget. All of our classes are 45 minutes (with the exception of HIIT) and are offered multiple times throughout the week.
