Yoga

We offer two unique yoga classes: Fit Yoga and Fundamentals. 


Fit Yoga - Building on the foundations of a power yoga class, this fast-paced format includes more intensity with added focus on core work and occasional HIIT bursts. Come ready to move and sweat!


Yoga Fundamentals - Focusing on the building blocks doesn't mean this is necessarily easier - this class will build on foundations over time but still provide plenty of challenge for those that have practiced yoga before. Come enjoy more focused instruction to build confidence in your yoga practice and strength in the body!
